Philosophy
तत्त्व. The essence of the thing.
Tattvi comes from the Sanskrit tattva: a first principle, an element, literally "that-ness": what remains when everything inessential is removed.
Complex systems rarely fail loudly. They fail quietly, through unexamined assumptions: the SDK everyone believes is configured, the dashboard everyone believes reconciles, the automation everyone believes still runs. Our work is to remove belief from that sentence. We take growth and data systems apart until only the elements are left: signal, state, cause. Then we rebuild certainty from first principles.
Tattvi is an independent technology consultancy. No headcount to justify, no tooling to resell: just the discipline below, applied to systems that have to be right, for teams anywhere in the world.
Principle 01
First principles, not best practices
Complex systems fail through unexamined assumptions. We reduce every problem to its elements: signal, state, cause, and rebuild certainty from there.
Principle 02
Root cause or it isn't fixed
A discrepancy explained is a discrepancy you can correct. Every defect we report comes with a confirmed root cause and a path to remediation.
Principle 03
Data validation over visual polish
No dashboards that look right but read wrong. Numbers reconcile before they get a coat of paint.
Principle 04
No dependency lock-in
If we disappear tomorrow, nothing breaks. Your team gets the playbooks, the access, and the understanding to run everything without us.
Principle 05
Documentation is a deliverable
Every engagement leaves behind the spec, the runbook, and the why, not just the fix.
